Show the world how totally awesome Abraham Lincoln was with this fun hand-designed, 80s-inspired, full-front-print Lincoln T-shirt!
Made up of electric blue and neon red, I based the striking illustration of Lincoln on this T-shirt on a portrait of Abraham Lincoln taken in February of 1865 that features Lincoln with an 80s-style crew cut. I took the darker parts of the picture, and made them neon red, and the lighter parts, and made them electric blue. The reason for Lincoln's haircut is that around the time of this portrait, sculptor Clark Mills was making a life mask of Lincoln's face, and hair stuck to the plaster used to make it - necessitating a short haircut. As an 80s fan and a Lincoln fan, I've always thought this portrait of Lincoln was totally rad!
Completing the design is Lincoln's signature, written up along the left edge of the illustration of Lincoln. The design fills up much of the front of the T-shirt, and it's big, just like the 80s were! My love for Lincoln and the 80s are what inspired me to create this T-shirt. I wanted to have some good old 80s fun making my first "full front" print Lincoln T-shirt, and I did!
The design is screen printed onto a kelly green, 100% cotton, American Apparel unisex T-shirt. It's supersoft, made in the U.S.A., and sweatshop free, the way T-shirts were made in the 80s and the way Abraham Lincoln would want it.
This T-shirt is available in adult medium, large, X-large, 2X-large, and 3X-large. In addition to green, it is also available in black and blue. Pictures show adult 2X-large size T-shirt. T-shirt shown is a sample; you will receive one that has never been worn. These T-shirts tend to run a little smaller than normal; if you're concerned about this, order the next size up.
